I am trying to monitor my teen's travels on the world wide web. Can anyone tell me if the history button shows only sites actually visited or if pop-ups will show there as well? I am curious because some of these show multiple visits. Please advise. Thanks!!

I don't use IE, but to the best of my knowledge, no popups alone would show in internet history. Perhaps another Member who uses IE could verify this.

All I get, using IE7, is the history of the URLs I've visited -

not the popups or popunders that either got through or were blocked.

Click Start/control panel/internet options/browsing history/settings/view files. This will show what sites your teen has been on, it stores all the cookies here. It wont help though if your teen knows how to delete the cookies before you get to them. Are you concerned what they may be looking at on line? You can set up parental contols on IE7 so no adult sites can be viewed without a password.
