When my HP nx6110 laptop is plugged into the AC power cord it works fine, but it does not charge the battery? The icon showing electric outlet with electric bolt in my system tray will blink on and off indicating the battery will charge for a second then stop but always stay on AC power. The battery stays at 0% charge!!!!!!! Help!

Sounds like you have a bum battery. Check it with a voltmeter and see if you can get any kind of reading.

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
