From your comments and thorough explanation, I assume you have reason to believe you are infected with this malware. If this is the case, then try following the BC self-help removal guide which you may find here:

Thank you. Each day is a day of something new. In some hours, generally mornings, my pointer moves on screen sluggishly in jerks and at times sticks to a point and wouldn't move at all.
If this could be diagnosed I think me and my Laptop would be happy.
