So recently i had to system restore my computer due to many problems and now i can not hear sound from my speakers. I have a headset which is usb and it works fine. I have plugged the speakers into the from and back ports on my computer and it is not working.

Before i restored my computer under some options like Ventrilo the sound output would be under Sigma tel or some thing along the lines of that but now there is no option for that. Is that like my sound card or.. what?

And the the starting stuff for my motherboard is nt94510j

Most likely you need to install the driver software for your sound-chip or sound-card.

Click on the link halfway down where it says "Download driver"

Does the headset being plugged in at the same time cause any kind of conflict with the speakers?
