First off let me apologise, I posted yesterday but think I must have posted in the wrong place as my post did not appear, so if I did and someone removed it, sorry for the mistake.

My computer suddenly yesterday started sending emails, I only noticed it because Avast mail checker kept coming on every few seconds. The email addresses from and too were none that I know. Avast scanned 6,000 in a matter of 3 hours. I rang my ISP to let them know that I was not spamming but had a problem which I was trying to rectify.

Secondly I followed all the steps in the "read this before posting a log" and there were some problems. I could not get the preferred online scanners to work. I kept getting blank screens or the computer would lock up. Finally I was able get to Kaspersky for an online scan. Which only showed that I had Win32Dialler and Win32BHO.DB in the sytem restore files on C: but I did notice that during the scan there were many locked files that were not able to be scanned, I ran a second scan with Avast and it came up with nothing. How can I delete the system restore files?

The scans with Spy bot came up with 6 instances of Vundo, which I removed (I think) and Virtumonde. I ran the Stinger program which showed nothing at all.

I ran hijack this and here is the log
