On a system running XP and Office Pro 2002, when email is received that contains a link in the message, Adaware automatically is executed instead of IE opening up and taking you to that link.

No other symptoms of spyware on the system. Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Tony

If you install the new version of Ad-aware, it might be a good idea in your case, to uninstall the older version, rather than let the new version update it. This might get rid of the strange execution when you click on a E-mail link.
