I think that if you re-install your video driver the uninstall utility will be returned.

If you have the original cd or download the latest driver pack, you can install the utility only. use the custom/advanced mode, and only select the uninstall utility.
The name says it all -- 59 and holding permanently

I'm not very smart when it comes to computers, where can I go to download the lastest driver pack? I don't have any cds. Got the laptop used.
