Norton anti-virus 2006 expired recently, and a got suckered into upgrading to Norton IS 2007 instead of just renewing current subscription. I installed, IS 2007, which slowed my machine down terribly. I subsequently unstalled the Norton Products via their uninstall download. My question is this: is there any way for me to get back to Norton anti-virus 2006, now that it has been removed from my machine? Can I have a feeling that it's no longer available from Norton? Now that I've paid for thd IS 2007 subscription, I'd like to be able to use it - but not if it cripples my machine. Any suggestions?
