Please help me I need some to tell me how to remove a virus from my computer. I can not get the the internet page show up at all. I message error comes up saying window explore busy.

You will need to use a different medium other than the internet to download some programs to identify what malware if any is causing the problem. Two programs you need is Super Antispyware and Hijack This.
Use a flash drive or CD to download the programs to and then install on your computer.

Run Super Antispyware in safe mode and allow it to quarantine whatever it finds.

You may also want to install another browser such as Firefox. You may be able to use it to access the internet.
