i see that this line "O23 - Service: npkcsvc - INCA Internet Co., Ltd. - C:\WINDOWS\system32\npkcsvc.exe" on my hijack log is a trojan downloader.. can you help me regarding on my problem? thanks in advance

What makes you think that this file is a Trojan Downloader? As far as I know it is related with this: http://eng.nprotect.co.kr/

Do not believe every info present on the internet.

i just search the file and it says that it is a trojan downloader

Not sure if you read my previous post. As I said, don't believe anything what's written on some pages.
I see processlibrary says that it is a Trojan, but they are wrong. Believe me, your npkcsvc.exe is legitimate.

You're welcome. If it was really a Trojan Downloader, then NOD32 installed on your system should already told you that :thumbsup:
You may try any Antivirus, none of them will detect it. And if they do, then it is certainly a false positive.
