What is the part in bold called? Like a command tag or something?

04 - HKLM\..\Run: [nwiz] nwiz.exe /install

That loosk to me like a command line switch. Considering that it is in the HKLM\...\Run folder that tells me that nwiz.exe is set to run at startup and the switch is telling the program to install it on your computer.
I just googled the file and it says that it is an extra included when nVidia graphics software is installed. Not essential and up to you as to whether youwant to have it on there or not.
