help with exact toolbar remove

I downloaded microsoft antispy
and exact toolbar shellbrowser keeps popping up on the antispy
and I have it removed but it keeps coming back and doesn't show the dll place on my computer
how do I remove the shellbrowser

fixed it by using hijack scan

Everyday is virus day. Do you know where your recovery CDs are ?
