Can you help,
I installed trend micro antivirus on a trial bases but did not like it so i decided to uninstall it.
But for some reason it wont let me uninstall the software, so what is happening now is that when i open file i.e a film that i have stored on my pc it opens trend micro for me to install the software again. So i have to press cancel to continue with the file that i want to open.

Ive tried to get rid of it in safe mode but it will not go away.

Any suggesstions
Thanks.

Have you tried reinstalling the TrendMicro antivirus and then removing it again?

Tried that it says that i must uninstall trend micro before i can reinstall. Ive even to unistall it with ccleaner tool, but all that was happening was that it would say please wait whilst windows configures trend micro than it would close but does not unistall it.
