System Making Noise

While working on the system, at times, Sytem making noise and CPU usage is showing 100%.

My system configurations are:
OS : WIN XP
RAM : 256 mb
Mother Borad : Intel 101GGC Chipset
Processor Speed : 2.8 GHZ - P IV Processor


Kindly give me the solution

The noises could be caused by the fans in your computer being choked with dust. You should clean out the inside of your computer.

You also need more ram 256 is not enough for windows XP if you have applied all updates.
