It's me again. I am setting up a server at the house and plan to host a website via TZO . It's mainly for me to access on the road, and family and friends to download from. Put pictures of the kids you know silly stuff like that. I have WinNT 4.0 sp6a . It is installed. Is there any advise you can give before I start? You know the setup stuff that is tough to change once done. I know it would be very easy to just post on my ISP's service but this has become a hobby and I would really like to set it up.

FYI : HP LC3 DUAL PIII-500MHZ/100/512
1 GB RAM
3 18GB IBM SCSI
An add on AHA-2930cu SCSI controller

HP Diskarray MODEL C3602B
1 CD-RW HP-6020
5 18GB Gateway SCSI

Cable internet 4MB down/768 up
Linksys NR401 router
3Com Super Stacker II 24 port hub
HP JetDirect EX Plus3
9 WindowME computers
1 Windows XP Pro

Nothing impressive but it will do what I need . Once it is up and running I will post under games. Which ones I can run on the LAN for My 5 Year olds to play. With the system described I hope some one can Start me in the right direction. Thanks before hand for any guidence.

There is really nothing that cant be changed in the future. Just make sure you are completely patched and install urlscan:

http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/tools/urlscan.mspx

As that will help protect the IIS box
