Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone knows of a scanning program I can download.
I have a printer/scanner, and I cant seem to find the scanning software.

Thank you

Google the make and model with the word drives included, or just go to the manufacturer's site and look for drivers there. Or you can provide the make and model here and hope that someone will do the foot work for you.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.

Hi there,

I have made a little headway towards figuring out my scanning problem.
I have figured out that my printer set-up is the problem.
My printer is a Lexmark x215 All-in-One. It prints and photocopies fine, however, when I try to scan using a program like Photoshop, I get the following errors
"Device can't be set to the H/W mode you want" then
"Port is disabled. Ensure the port is properly connected and the power is on then restart the computer" then
"Lexmark x215 Parallel software for this device could not be launched. The device is not connected or is busy."

My question is how can my printer print and copy if the ports are not correct?
Any idea why I cant scan?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you
Jan
