How To Troubleshoot One Way Ping Problem

2 PCs (running xp pro sp2) connected with one router.
Pcs have Static IPs and have internet access.
One pc can ping the other, but not vice versa.
No firewalls on PC.

Any Idea to troubleshoot such problems?

What is the problem?

Are you pinging by name or IP address?
