When emailing people using Outlook 2007, only a few names drop down when I type the letter 'B' or 'A' into the email box (some of which I have only emailed once or twice), though the people who I am emailing far more frequently, their names do not pop down on the scroll-down list... How do I make it so whoever I email (or whoever I want) will show on the drop down list.

To turn on automatic completion of e-mail addresses

1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
2. Click E-mail Options, and then click Advanced E-mail Options.
3. Under When sending a message, check the Suggest names while completing To, Cc, and Bcc fields check box.

This should store the names, and make them available.
