I have an icon constantly in my systray showing downloading updates but nothing is downloading. Bitdefender says I have Command running and needs to shut it down; Limewire constantly reloads even after multiple attempts to shut it down; Bitdefender shows a program Network Monitor running; I can't get to windows update - page never loads and once the window opens showing an attempt to load, I can't close it unless using control-alt-delete, task manager; as I type this, Limewire has already tried to reload twice. Can ANYONE help me please?

Click here > Preparation Guide For Use Before Posting A HiJackThis Log & follow the steps (starting with step 2). Then proceed to post a HiJackThisLog, as described in Step 9, at this forum > HiJackThis Log & Analysis Forum.

Once you have posted the log, do not make any changes to your system as that would then make your log inaccurate and do not make a reply yourself at the forum; wait for a responder to reply first with instructions. If after 5 days you get no response, go here > Haven't Has A Reply In Five Days.
