ccApp is listed as a legitimate file necessary for running NAV. It also says the same exact file name is malware. How do know which file I have?
Thanks... Michele

Where is the location of the file you are looking to verify? if it is here: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\ccApp.exe, it is ok any other location it is a virus.
The name says it all -- 59 and holding permanently
