Pc Wont Start

every time i start up pc halfway through loading a blue screen comes up and it shuts down then restarts itself , it wont let me into safe mode either , can anyone help

Do you have a Windows XP CD that you can boot from? Or, do you have recovery CD's for your system (and what make and model is it)?

The critical thing here is getting the system to boot into an operating system of some sort. Do you get to the screen to try and boot into Safe Mode? If so, what happens when you try to get into Safe Mode? Also, have you tried the "Last Known Good Configuration" item below the Safe Mode options?
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
