I'm pretty sure I've got something wrong with my computer. It's running really slow, and today just turned itself off. I'm technical to a SMALL extent....but now I just have no idea what is wrong.

Print out these instructions and then close all windows including Internet Explorer.

Reboot your computer into Safe Mode

Then I want you to fix some of those entries. Please do the following:

Please make sure that you can view all hidden files. Instructions on how to do this can be found here:

How to see hidden files in Windows

Run Hijackthis again, click scan, and Put a checkmark next to each of these. Then click the Fix button:

R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {BB379817-1FE5-7857-D88B-D7681B401D5A} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\ldjljfus.dll
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {F10EBA45-EFDA-C107-B815-85DDDCE91609} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\hbhaqiep.dll (file missing)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {FBCE79A8-73A4-563C-F795-3C31A659240A} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\ycpacvdy.dll (file missing)
O4 - Global Startup: hallslogon.exe
O23 - Service: fhauawymphym - Unknown - C:\WINDOWS\System32\msupd5.exe (file missing)

Then delete these files or directories (Do not be concerned if they do not exist)

C:\WINDOWS\System32\ldjljfus.dll

Reboot your computer to go back to normal mode and post a new log.
