Ok i was able to install the driver and software successfuly, but now i cant turn on my device??

Bluetooth devices are showing in device manager but when i try to turn on my blutooth switch, it wont. Any ideas if this is a fault or something im missing?? Is there a way to turn on my bluetooth device a different way??

I never used my bluetooth before this so im dont know if it was working before all this. I also have a white sticker on the bottom of my notebook that says "Contains Transmitter module"..Is this my bluetooth?

Thanks again for any help
