Hi,

I have a problem with an error message when I try to use an email link from any website.

The error reads; "error loading C:/Program~1\yahoo!\common\ymmapi.dll
the specified module could not be found"

I have seen blogs speaking of a hijack log, but I have no clue what that is.

Please HELP!

Thank you.

This appears to be a problem with your Yahoo email thingie. I'd uninstall Yahoo and then reinstall it with all the latest updates to attempt to fix this issue.
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

I had a similar run dll error when I was using internet explorer and bellsouth as my home page.

I don't remember the exact error, but it was a dll error while trying to use the email icon.

I've seen a lot of these kind of errors with the AT&T/Yahoo software. Generally, at work, we tell the customer to remove the AT&T software and call AT&T to setup an manual connection.
