My laptop startup extreamly slow. Loading of programs takes ages. I've tried many different anti-spyware and anti-virus but some how it just does not go away. Very Often CPU Usage goes up to 100%. These are some of the detected file from the scans.

AVG Anti-Spyware Version 7.5.0.50
downloader.tiny.he
adware.virtumonde
trackingcookie.netflame
trackingcookie.doubleclick
trackingcookie.hotlog
trackingcookie.spylog
trackingcookie.questionmarket

Counterspy
virtumonde adware
trojan.win32.qhost.hf

SpyBot
Microsoft.WindowsSecurityCenter.AntiVirusDisableNotify: Settings (Registry change, fixed)

Microsoft.WindowsSecurityCenter.FirewallDisableNotify: Settings (Registry change, fixed)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Security Center\FirewallDisableNotify!=dword:0

Bitdefender
Trojan.Virtumod.ALZ
Trojan.Keygen.Q

PandaSoft Active Scan
Potentially unwanted tool:Application/NirCmd.A
Potentially unwanted tool:Application/Processor

I have also gone through the Preparation Guide for use before posting a HijackThis Log Ad-Aware 2007 all clean, SpyBot discovered two listing as above. BitDefender and PandaSoft Active Scan detected the files above. Not too sure what stinger detected. Please Help!

Your log is clean
If all's ok,please do the following:

Find and delete:
Combofix
Avenger
VundoFix.exe

C:\Avenger
C:\QooBox

Enable Windows Defender.

Turn System Restore back on if you've still got it disabled.
