Hi, lately i've been doing some scans with Spybot Search and Destroy and its picked up on this keylogger.
Everytime I press "fix selected problems" the loading bar at the bottom always freezes halfway and the keylogger ends up staying on my computer. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do?

Do you know how it got on your computer? This program is often installed by parents, etc.

Ah well, my parents don't know how to use computers
So they can't be the ones who installed it :/

It is possible that a trojan could be using the keylogger. See what the programs in links below find. Please let us know what worked--didn't work.

Install Super Antispyware. Run it in safe mode. Allow it to quarantine whatever it finds.

Run the online scan for Bit Defender in normal mode. Allow it to quarantine whatever it finds.

umm the super AS got stuck on file for REALLY long time and i didn't want to wait for it so i just stopped it and deleted what it detected so far....so i'm not sure about that one.

the bit defender tried to delete a keylogger and trojan but it said it failed and my spysweeper picked up on it and said that it was trying to copy itself back to my computer o.o

*all so confusing!*

edit: should i try bit defender in safe mode too?

Yeah, you can post anytime. Just keep in mind, if you are infected, everytime you go online you risk getting more malware and the keylogger will be reporting everything you do. Everything.
