Hi there,

We were following the instructions posted here to remove the Spylocked malware which said to restart in safe mode...but XP keeps restarting and wont start in safe mode  When it tries to start in safe mode it gets as far as starting to see the 4 safe mode words in each corner then it restarts and starts normally instead :flowers: Any ideas?

Thank You,

Corrupted Windows file? Do a System File Checker.

Boot up normally, click Start > Run > type sfc /scannow.
