I've tried two different disk defragmenting programs and both say that \windows\memory.dmp file has 1897 fragments and the file size is 255.60MB and can not be defragmented. I was wondering if i can delete the memory.dmp file or if there is anything else I can do to get rid of all those fragments.

It's just a dump from previous crash. If everything is working fine otherwise... go ahead and delete it.
