Busy Error For Internet

I need help, my computer is saying that my windows exploer is busy. My internet modenm is showing that it is fine. It will not pull the internet up any where. I have clean the computer, ran spy bot, defrag. I do not know that else to do.

It sounds like you are infected wih malware. What Antivirus are you running?
