Internet Explorer Starting When I Turn Computer On

when i turn my computer on explorer is starting by its self. I have windows defender which tells me what is currently running.Iit say
file name;IEXPLORE.EXE
when i go onto the net my self it say
file name:iexplore.exe
i have deleted the first one but it keeps coming back there has to be something that is regenerating it but how do i find it
please help

What does the page show when IE starts up?(suspects it is a hijacker)

nothing it just flickers and dosnt actually start but it is trying to.

i found the problem in my start up and removed it it has stopped doing it but i cant find where it is to delete it

Install Super Antispyware. Run it in safe mode. Allow it to quarantine whatever it finds.

Run the online scan for Bit Defender in normal mode. Allow it to quarantine whatever it finds.
