Stuff On Start Up

Hi I seem to have way to many things at start up, how do I find out what I need and don't need any advice would be great

Click START>RUN and type msconfig. Usually you wont need much on your startup. If you could list your startup programs, I would gladly tell you what you dont need.

Click the tab, at the top of this page, labeled Startup List, and do a search on the programs you have running.
