Gigabyte GA-K8NS ULTRA 939 + ADD ONS

Hi guys i am going to build myself a new comp and was wondering if you guys can help me out

heres what im after:

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-K8NS ULTRA 939 or GIGABYTE K8NSNXP-939

Memory: corsair twinx ddr pc3200 c2pt, cas 2 (1 gb 2x512)

CPU: AMD Athlon 64 3200 32/64 bit winchester

could you tell me if they are compatable with each other, i have been to gigabytes web site and they only list the newcastle cpus but maybe with a bios update it will work i dont know. Anyway any help guys would be great

Looks like it all fits together nicely. Newegg.com says you can go to an Athlon 3400 with that board. What are you going to be using this computer for?
