Linux Drivers For Matrox Cards

I've got a system with SUSE 10.2 installed and would like to get the Matrox drivers working so I can have the 3D functions. Has anyone ever installed the Matrox drivers? They come in a gzipped package, not an RPM, so I have no idea how to get them to install.
