Wups.dll Not A Valid Windows Image?

Hi guys... I get this message everytime I start up my computer: "The application or DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\wups.dll is not a valid Windows image, please check this against your installation diskette."

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
