Hello Shanny,

Ok yall im seeing things on here that im pretty sure once again i dont need and is more than likely causing my puter to slow way down

Can you tell us what it is you see and what you think you don't need?

Open Hijackthis, take another scan and tick the check-boxes beside to all these entries.

O4 - Global Startup: hp center.lnk = C:\Program Files\hp center\137903\Program\BackWeb-137903.exe

This entry is optional and can be fixed with Hijackthis if you wish:
O4 - Global Startup: Logitech Desktop Messenger.lnk = C:\Program Files\Logitech\Desktop Messenger\8876480\Program\LDMConf.exe
Installed with the software for Logitech products. Automatically checks for software upgrades AND new products, services and special offerings from Logitech

Close all open Windows except Hijackthis and click on "fix Checked".

Reboot the Computer in normal mode, click the "Reply Post" button top right in this thread and post a new log in this thread for further review and evaluation.

Joe.
