Hey,Ya'll- Okay, The other day, started up computer & the welcome screen came on , then on the screen, it said "USER NAME's computer". I pushed ENTER, it said loading ur personal settings, made the windows startup noise, then it said-on screen- saving ur settings or whatever, made the logoff sound, & nothing happend. So I did the CONTROL-ALT-DELETE thing. then the little screen came on where U type in ur user name + password. What it said in the user name was
"OWNER" & the password was blank ofcourse. The thing is, is that we never made ANY user accounts,so this shouldn't be happening, and there are no other means of getting anywhere with our computer...we're basically LOCKED OUT. Is there any way 2 get around this, like crash the computer somehow? Please. anything'll help

why dont you try the F8 remedy during boot. Enters at safe mode and bypassing the administrator pass with blank. See if anything is wrong with the user acc at control panel, under user accounts option. Hope you can get through this prob.
