Hi,
I noticed while I monitored my processes (Via Process Explorer) that my CPU percent drops way off while agent.exe runs. It's of short duration and it comes from Macromedia Corp. My guess is that it is looking for updates. Is there a way of turning this off? Or is it best to leave it alone? Doesnt seem that my computer performance is affected though. Just wondering...

Scanning your registry for faults could be good start.
