Have you tried looking at your advanced browser settings?

Do this in Internet Explorer, I am unsure about Mozilla FireFox or Opera.

Please click on Tools in your browser's toolbar.

Then Click on Options

Then Clicked on the Advanced Tab

Scrol down until you find multimedia, check to see if the boxes that should be ticked, are ticked.
