Its running much faster as usual and firefox and IE work as they should

But if this is nearing the end, can I ask on help on how to speed up my computers start up time? It takes about 3 minutes to start up and about 3-5 from the login to when the computer is usable...

Have Hijack This fix the following by placing a check in the appropriate boxes and selecting 'Fix checked'.
Make sure all browser and all Windows Explorer windows are closed before fixing:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Explorer] C:\WINDOWS\iexplorer.exe

Please run the F-Secure online virus/spyware scan using Internet Explorer:
http://support.f-secure.com/enu/home/ols.shtml
Follow the directions in the F-Secure page for proper Installation.
Accept the License Agreement.
Once the ActiveX installs,Click ‘Custom Scan’ and be sure the following are checked:
1.Scan whole System
2.Scan all files
3.Scan whole system for rootkits
4.Scan whole system for spyware
5.Scan inside archives
6.Use advanced heuristics
Once the download completes, the scan will begin automatically.
The scan will take some time to finish,so please be patient.
When the scan completes, click the ‘I want to decide item by item’ button.
For each item found,Select ‘Disinfect’ and click ‘Next’.
Click the ‘Show Report’ button, then copy and paste the entire report into your next reply.

Also post a new Hijackthis log.

Remove/uninstall the following via Start/Control Panel/Add or Remove Programs, reboot when prompted:
Webroot Spy Sweeper
SUPERAntiSpyware

Your log is clean
If all's ok,please do the following.

Find and delete:
KillBox.exe
Combofix.exe
SDFix.exe
Rootchk.exe

C:\QOOBOX
C:\!Killbox
C:\SDFix
C:\rootlog.txt
C:\Documents and Settings\userprofile\DoctorWeb\Quarantine<-Delete everything inside this folder, then empty the Recycle Bin.

Click on Start/All Programs/Accessories/System Tools/System Restore.
In the 'System Restore' window, click on the 'Create a Restore Point' button, then click 'Next'.
In the window that appears, enter a description\name for the Restore Point, then click on 'Create',wait, then click 'Close'.
The date and time will be created automatically.

Next click on Start/All Programs/Accessories/System Tools/Disk Cleanup.
The 'Select Drive' box will appear, click on Ok.
The 'Disk Cleanup for [C:]' box will appear, click on the 'More Options' tab.
At the bottom in the 'System Restore' window, click on the 'Clean up...' button.
A box will pop up 'Are you sure you want to delete all but the most recent restore point?',click on 'Yes'.
Click on 'Yes' at 'Are you sure you want to perform these actions?'.
Now wait until 'Disk Cleanup' finishes and the box disappears.

Read through the information found here,to help you prevent any possible future infections.

Do you know of any ways i can speed up the start time of my computer?

Try cutting back on the amount of programs running at system startup.
You might want to download and run Codestuff Starter, that'll help you with the above:
http://www.snapfiles.com/get/starter.html

Try trimming down on unnecessary services running at startup by following BlackVipers recommendations in the link below:

Do the following instead then please:

Clear your 'System Restore' points by doing the following:
Right-click on 'My Computer' and select 'Properties'.
Select 'System Restore'.
Select 'Turn Off System Restore On All Drives'.
Select 'Apply'.
You will then get the following warning:
"You have chosen to turn off System Restore.
If you continue, all existing restore points will be deleted, and you will not be able to track or undo changes to your computer.
Do you want to turn off System Restore?".
Then select 'Yes',your 'System Restore' directories will be purged.

Restart your pc.

Turn 'System Restore' back on:

Right click on 'My Computer' and select 'Properties'.
Select 'System Restore'.
Unselect 'Turn Off System Restore On All Drives'.
Select 'Apply',then click 'Ok'.

Create a new 'System Restore' point:
Click on Start/All Programs/Accessories/System Tools/System Restore.
In the 'System Restore' window, click 'Create a Restore Point' button, then click 'Next'.
In the window that appears, enter a description, then click on 'Create',then click 'Close'.
The date and time is created automatically.
