I was helping my customer via remote assistant and when I was complete I closed out of the remote assistant and then the customer told me that whenever they tried to type the output would be something other than what they were actually typing.

Now I know I've had this happen before especially when the customer's machine is a laptop.

I remember it's a combo of something like ALT + ESC or ALT and some Fkey, but I honestly haven't had it happen in so long that I've forgotten how to fix it.

Can someone help me out here so they can type normally again?

Thank you.

I think I know what your talking about. Not really sure how to fix it unfortunately other than unplugging and plugging back the keyboard
