I keep getting a Security Center looking webpage displayed when I try to load multiple websites, including windows update. It displays a security bar titled "Warning: possible spyware or adware infection".

I have run multiple spyware/adware utilties but have been unable to resolve the issue. I have used Adaware, Spybot, AVG Antispyware, A-squared, among other miscellaneous methods.

My hijackthis log is attached. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
