Hi mrgari.. Welcom aboard..
Well I think MacIntosh is out of the question even if it is a photographers first choice. So maybe if you can buy Pentium III with about 800 Mhz processor and about 384 megs RAM (or more) you'll be ok.
You'll need lot of it specially if you're planning to run Photoshop on it. P III is cheap and fast enough and RAM isn't that expencive nowdays.. About the printer, I have Epson Stylus Photo 950 and I love it.. It was little expensive, but image quality is sublime.. I wouldn't know about other printers but little Googling and looking around the shops will do miracles.
Down in the bayou, Bubba called an attorney and asked, "Is it true they're suin' the cigarette companies for causing people to get cancer?
"Sure is Bubba. But why you asking?"
"Cause what I want to know is, I was thinking, can I sue Budweiser for all them ugly women I've slept with?"
