I must click a little higher above the point, then it works, if I want to use mouse to click to a point on the screen. How does it happen?Thanks.

Is this a USB mouse? Wired or wireless? Is the problem on a certain web page or program or all the time?

yes, USB mouse, portable PC, wired, all the time.
Do you have any advices?

Sometimes this will fix the problem.

In the Control Panel, select Mouse and the Pointer Options tab. Uncheck “Enhance pointer precision” and the problem may go away
