Ok...This just started happening after I installed America's Army a while ago.
Whenever a program would minimize a full-screen app. (in my case, games) or if i use ctrl+alt+del to minimize it, i dont see a mouse cursor, the cursor is still there as i can click things but i dont see a white arrow.

Also when i minimize Oblivion, then use the "ghost cursor" to open it up again, i see a black screen up at the upper left of my screen (i can still see the right and the bottom of my desktop) then my computer just freezes, forcing a restart to fix it...

THIS IS GETTING VERY ANNOYING, any help is greatly appreciated!!!!!!

Are there any error messages in the Event Viewer at the time of the freezes?

"Faulting application oblivion.exe, version 1.2.0.416, faulting module oblivion.exe, version 1.2.0.416, fault address 0x000c9a80."

I'd suggest looking for a patch to Oblivion and updating your video drivers. If this doesn't fix it, or a patch isn't available, then I'd suggest uninstalling Oblivion (to include all saved files) and then reinstalling it.

I'd also update the motherboard/chipset drivers just to be sure (they're what controls the mouse), but I suspect it's a video driver issue because it's linked to "full screen apps".
