hi, there I am a new user and I have a problem I am not that good on computers I even had difficulty entering this forum to introduce myself even now I am not sure if Iam in the right place

Yes, you ARE in the right place, both for posting an introduction specifically, and for receiving computer help generally.
You can perform a search of BC and perhaps find your problem already discussed, but if not then take few minutes to read the descriptions of each forum, and then post about the problem in whichever forum seems most appropriate.
