I don't have many errors but they go all the way back to 2001. Most are NtpClient. How do I clean it and set it up automatic x amount of days and then clear.
Is there a way I can pin Error Log to start menu?

Not sure if you are able to pin it to start menu. However, you can clear the event log in event viewer.

Click start, run, eventvwr.msc. Event Viewer should popup now. On the left side, which shows Application, System, Security. Right click and click on Clear All Events.

Right click and click on Properties also let you do some settings.
