I have heard many times people refer to burning programs like spyware stuff and things. How do you go about doing that!? For example, how would i go about burning my avast antivirus onto a CD?

Can someone provide me with a step by step process please?

I use CD Burner XP pro,(downloadable off the net) And this is how I would create a cd,
1/From the left hand panel select "My Computer"
2/ Expand this and Click on "Local Disk©"
3/Expand this and Click on "Program files"
4/Locate the program you are looking for and click on it
5/You will notice that a list now appears in the right hand panel including the program you want
6/Click on the program and then click on the Add symbol in the centre panel
7/This program will then appear in the lower right panel
8/Insert suitable disc in drive
9/ On the left hand side of the centre panel is a burn symbol, click on this and check box if you want to add further data or leave if you don't
10/ And thats all there is to it

It should be as easy as going to MyComputer/C:/Program Files, right click on Alwil and send to your CD drive.

Go to that drive, and you should see the option to Burn These Files to CD.

Cheers
