Is it possible to run 98 and xp on the same system? How would I go about this? Is there any large repercussions of doing so?

windows 98 to be installed first on a partition and win xp on another partition .
we can select FAT32 file system if required for win xp . or install win 98
on a hard disc and win xp on another hard disc and toggle the OS thru BIOS .
