I just downloaded Kerio firewall & now cannot get into my email again,

netscape mail & my excite email. I have the java script & cookies

enabled in my firefox browser. My Kerio is set at default. What do

I do? I don't know where to go or what to do in the firewall to fix it.

I'm not as familiar with Kerio as I am with some of the others but this seems to happen to people. I hate to sound lame but have you tried the Kerio website for FAQ's? And while you wait for a true expert, try disabling Kerio while you check email. Remember, just never open something unless you are ABSOLUTELY SURE it's safe to do so. If it has 'tsunami' in the subject line, delete it without opening it.

I have read over the manual & the user guide but I have to say there

is so much lingo or rather computer language that I don't really understand

in order to make full use of it. I really am ignorant as far as the workings of computers

go :-) I finally disabled the firewall just so I can clear out my mailboxes, which

makes me nervous to have it disabled for too long. That is why I really want to get it

setup correctly as soon as I can :-)

Cheryl, I truly understand that. I can't make
heads or tails of some sites, too. I wouldn't
lose too much sleep over disabling Kerio for
a bit. To be honest, I'm not a really huge
firewall person. I don't have one. Most
people have one but a few people don't.
Please don't get rid of it and I do hope
someone can help you configure it. But
for now, don't fret over disabling it for
small periods of time for email and such.
I'll surf around and see what I can find for
you. I'll edit this post if I do.

Link results: Hope they help.
They seem very simple...
