Memory Full Without Reasons

can someone diagonistic my log??

sometimes my memory jump to 100% without reason.

This is my hijackthis log.

last night i run avast virus scan but seems nothing infected

oh i tought every post here checking the process of my computer trou HJT...

but at least my problem still not changed

i run AVAST scan n nothing found

and also i run SPYWARE Doctor n nothing found

this happened starting around a week ago

if i want to run full screen program like game, sometimes the game will become very laggy

it also happened if i restart the PC n it will operational after aound 10 to 15 minutes after the memory usage goes down

is that my OS have a problem or what?

i run Windows XP SP2 n my computer use SEMPRON processor 3000+ 1.81Ghz n Memory 1GIG

help will be apreciated

nb. i follow the link guide and still not change a thing
